Honey Production Update

We are working diligently on building our Apiary back with strong and healthy honeybee colonies. In order to sustain this growth through the local nectar restricting drought we have experienced this summer/fall, we have made the decision not to harvest any honey for sales this year, in order to keep our hives stocked with their valuable resources for this coming winter.

We are thankful for the continued interest in our products, and we appreciate your patience as we responsibly regrow our Apiary to a position in which we can consistently provide the caliber of quality, nutrient packed, local honey that we (& our bees) pride ourselves on.

🐝Please remember that Raw Honey may crystalize over time. When this occurs, it is still as good and nutritious as the day it came out of the hive. To re-liquify honey that has crystallized, simply heat the honey container in warm water (no more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit to protect flavor and nutrients) to return it to its golden flowing state. 🐝

*Cinnamon Honey is considered a Cottage Food under Chapter 3715 of the Ohio Revised Code, and is limited to sales in the state of Ohio.
